Terms of use

1. The app

The Bible App Free provides Scripture reading, devotionals, prayer tools, study features, reminders, community experiences, and other faith-centered content. Features and available Bible translations may vary by version, language, permissions, and region.

2. License and acceptable use

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for lawful purposes on devices you own or control. You may not copy, redistribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, bypass security or purchase controls, interfere with the service, or misuse the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.

3. Faith content and generated guidance

Devotionals, answers, reflections, and generated guidance are provided for general spiritual and informational purposes. They may be incomplete or mistaken and are not a substitute for qualified pastoral, medical, mental-health, legal, or emergency support.

4. Community content and conduct

You retain ownership of content you submit and grant us a limited license to host, display, process, and moderate it to operate the selected feature. You may not post unlawful, abusive, hateful, exploitative, infringing, deceptive, or privacy-invasive content. We may remove content or restrict access to protect users and the service.

5. Translations and third-party material

Bible translations and other licensed materials may be subject to third-party rights and usage limits. You may use them inside the app for personal purposes but may not reproduce or distribute protected material beyond what the app or applicable law permits.

6. Advertising and purchases

The free version may show advertising. Premium access may be offered through the App Store. Apple handles payment, restoration, and refund requests under its rules; the price and entitlement shown before purchase control.

7. Updates and availability

We may update, change, suspend, limit, or discontinue features to maintain security, compatibility, legal compliance, or product quality. We do not promise that the app will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device, accessory, service, or operating-system version.

8. Disclaimer

The app does not promise a particular spiritual, emotional, health, or life outcome. Community and generated content reflect their respective authors or systems and are not necessarily endorsed by us.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, quiet enjoyment, and non-infringement. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, opportunities, or business interruption arising from use of or inability to use the app. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

10. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, security risks, nonpayment, abuse, or material violations of these terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination remain effective.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without limiting mandatory consumer rights or the law that must apply in your country or region.
