Terms of use
The terms that apply when you download or use Counter App.

These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and FREE MOBILE APPS STUDIO ONE MEMBER COMPANY LIMITED (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading or using Counter App, you agree to these terms and to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
1. The app
Counter App counts repeated objects in photos, lets you correct and save counts, and optionally uses an online counting service. Features may vary by device, operating system, permissions, and app version.
2. Counts are estimates
Automatic counts may be wrong, especially with overlapping, partly hidden, or poorly lit objects. Review and correct every count before relying on it. Do not use the app as the sole basis for medication dosing, safety-critical, legal, or financial decisions.
3. License and acceptable use
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for lawful purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, overload, interfere with, or misuse the app or its online service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the photos and counts you create. You are responsible for having the rights to photos you use and for keeping any backups you need. Because app data is stored locally, deleting the app or losing access to your device may permanently remove it.
5. Counter App Pro
Counter App Pro removes ads and may be offered as a weekly or annual auto-renewing subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices and any free trial are shown before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. Apple handles refunds under its rules.
6. Advertising and third-party services
The free version shows advertising. Optional features rely on services operated by Apple, Google, and our online counting providers; your use of those services is also governed by their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
7. Updates and availability
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features, including online counting, to maintain security, compatibility, cost, or product quality. We do not promise that the app will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating-system version.
8. Disclaimer
The app is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, inventory, or opportunities arising from use of the app or reliance on a count. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Termination
You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend access to online features where reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, abuse, security risks, or material violations of these terms.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the app changes. The effective date above identifies the latest version. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
