Terms of use

1. The app

Free to do app is a personal task-management tool for capturing and organizing tasks, planning your day, viewing calendar context, setting reminders, and optionally using images or voice input. Features vary by device, permissions, platform, and app version.

2. License and acceptable use

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for lawful purposes on devices you own or control. You may not copy, redistribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, bypass security or purchase controls, interfere with the service, or misuse the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.

3. Your content and backups

You retain ownership of tasks, notes, and images you add. You are responsible for having the right to use that content and for maintaining any backups you need. Core data is local, so deleting the app or losing the device may permanently remove it.

4. Permissions and third-party services

Optional features rely on device permissions and services operated by Apple, Google, receipt-verification providers, or advertising partners. Your use of those services is also governed by their terms.

5. Advertising and Remove Ads purchase

The free version may show advertising. A one-time Remove Ads purchase may remove ads from supported versions of the app. Apple or Google handles payment, restoration, and refund requests; the price and entitlement shown before purchase control.

6. Updates and availability

We may update, change, suspend, limit, or discontinue features to maintain security, compatibility, legal compliance, or product quality. We do not promise that the app will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device, accessory, service, or operating-system version.

7. Disclaimer

The app is a productivity tool and does not guarantee that reminders will always be delivered or that local data can be recovered. It does not provide medical, legal, financial, or emergency services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, quiet enjoyment, and non-infringement. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, opportunities, or business interruption arising from use of or inability to use the app. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

9. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, security risks, nonpayment, abuse, or material violations of these terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination remain effective.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without limiting mandatory consumer rights or the law that must apply in your country or region.
