Privacy policy
How Ice Focus handles focus sessions, labels, history, notifications, weather features, sharing, and purchases.

This policy applies to Ice Focus – Pomodoro Timer, published by FREE MOBILE APPS STUDIO ONE MEMBER COMPANY LIMITED (“we”, “us”, or “our”). It explains how information is handled when you use the app.
1. Focus data stored on your device
Session timing, focus labels, streaks, history, preferences, and related statistics are stored on your device unless a feature clearly tells you otherwise. No account is required for the core timer described in the app.
2. Notifications and weather-aware features
Notification permission is used to alert you when a focus or break interval ends. If you enable a weather-aware feature, the app may use a city you enter or request location access to obtain relevant weather information from a platform or weather provider.
3. Sharing and media
If you create or share a focus card, the app processes the selected session information and image on your device and sends it only to the destination you choose through the system share sheet. The destination service applies its own privacy policy.
4. Purchases and optional services
If the version you use offers premium access, Apple processes the purchase and provides transaction information under its own privacy policy. We do not receive your complete payment-card details. Any advertising or analytics added to a version of the app will be disclosed through the App Store privacy label and applicable consent controls.
5. Sharing and legal disclosures
We do not sell the content you create in Ice Focus – Pomodoro Timer. Information may be processed by the providers described above only as needed to operate a feature, process a purchase, provide advertising where applicable, secure the service, or comply with law. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to respond to lawful requests, protect rights or safety, or prevent fraud and abuse.
6. Retention and security
Local data remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the app, subject to device backups. Service providers retain information according to their policies and only as long as needed for their stated purpose, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no storage or transmission method is completely secure.
7. International processing
Service providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where required, they are responsible for applying appropriate safeguards under applicable law.
8. Children’s privacy
The app is not directed to children below the age at which they may consent to data processing in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information inappropriately.
9. Your choices
You can delete session history in the app where that control is available, revoke notification or location permission in device Settings, and uninstall the app to remove local data, subject to device backups.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the app, its providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date identifies the latest version. Material changes will be communicated where required by law.
