Terms of use

1. The app

Ice Focus is a focus timer that may provide work and break intervals, a melting-ice visual, focus labels, streaks, history, statistics, ambient audio, weather-aware presentation, and sharing features. Available features vary by version and device.

2. License and acceptable use

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for lawful purposes on devices you own or control. You may not copy, redistribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, bypass security or purchase controls, interfere with the service, or misuse the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.

3. Timers and notifications

Timers and notifications can be delayed or interrupted by device settings, battery restrictions, app termination, operating-system behavior, or clock changes. You are responsible for checking the timer when timing is important.

4. Session data and sharing

You retain ownership of labels and other content you add. You are responsible for checking share cards before sending them and for having the right to share any included text or image.

5. Premium access

Premium features may be offered through the App Store. Apple handles payment, restoration, renewal, cancellation, and refund requests. The price, trial, duration, and entitlement shown before purchase control.

6. Updates and availability

We may update, change, suspend, limit, or discontinue features to maintain security, compatibility, legal compliance, or product quality. We do not promise that the app will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device, accessory, service, or operating-system version.

7. Disclaimer

The app is a productivity aid, not a medical treatment or guaranteed method of improving attention, work output, academic performance, or wellbeing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, quiet enjoyment, and non-infringement. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, opportunities, or business interruption arising from use of or inability to use the app. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

9. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, security risks, nonpayment, abuse, or material violations of these terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination remain effective.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without limiting mandatory consumer rights or the law that must apply in your country or region.
