Privacy policy
How Printer App handles documents, photos, scans, device permissions, advertising, and purchases.

This policy applies to Printer App: Smart printing, published by FREE MOBILE APPS STUDIO ONE MEMBER COMPANY LIMITED (“we”, “us”, or “our”). It explains how information is handled when you use the app.
1. Documents and on-device data
Documents, photos, scans, edits, created files, print history, and preferences are processed or stored on your device unless a feature clearly tells you otherwise. The app does not require an account. Files you send to a printer travel over your local network to the printer you select.
2. Device permissions
Features you choose may request access to your camera, photo library, files, contacts, local network, or nearby printers. The app uses each permission only to import, create, scan, prepare, or print the content you select. You can change permissions in device Settings.
3. Web pages and external services
When you enter a web address for printing, your device connects to that website. The website may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser request under its own privacy policy. AirPrint, iCloud Drive, and other Apple services are governed by Apple’s policies.
4. Advertising and purchases
The free version may display third-party advertising. Advertising providers may process device identifiers, IP address, ad interactions, diagnostics, and usage data to provide, secure, measure, or personalize ads where permitted. Tracking permission is requested where required. Apple processes premium purchases and provides transaction information under its own privacy policy; we do not receive your complete payment-card details.
5. Sharing and legal disclosures
We do not sell the content you create in Printer App: Smart printing. Information may be processed by the providers described above only as needed to operate a feature, process a purchase, provide advertising where applicable, secure the service, or comply with law. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to respond to lawful requests, protect rights or safety, or prevent fraud and abuse.
6. Retention and security
Local data remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the app, subject to device backups. Service providers retain information according to their policies and only as long as needed for their stated purpose, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no storage or transmission method is completely secure.
7. International processing
Service providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where required, they are responsible for applying appropriate safeguards under applicable law.
8. Children’s privacy
The app is not directed to children below the age at which they may consent to data processing in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information inappropriately.
9. Your choices
You can deny or revoke camera, photo, contact, local-network, and tracking permissions in device Settings; delete files stored in the app; limit personalized advertising where supported; and uninstall the app to remove its local data, subject to device backups.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the app, its providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date identifies the latest version. Material changes will be communicated where required by law.
