Terms of use

1. The app

Printer App helps you import, create, scan, edit, organize, and print documents through compatible AirPrint-enabled printers. Printer availability, output, formatting, and supported controls depend on your network, device, printer, file, and operating-system version.

2. License and acceptable use

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for lawful purposes on devices you own or control. You may not copy, redistribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, bypass security or purchase controls, interfere with the service, or misuse the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.

3. Your files and responsibility

You retain ownership of files, photos, scans, and text you use in the app. You are responsible for having the right to use and print that content, checking it before printing, and maintaining any backups you need.

4. Printers, websites, and external services

The app does not manufacture, operate, or guarantee third-party printers, websites, cloud storage, or Apple services. Print jobs can fail because of network conditions, printer compatibility, paper, ink, firmware, or third-party service availability.

5. Advertising and purchases

The free version may show advertising. Premium access may remove ads or unlock features through the purchase shown in the App Store. Apple handles payment, restoration, and refund requests under its rules. The exact price and entitlement shown before purchase control if they differ from this summary.

6. Updates and availability

We may update, change, suspend, limit, or discontinue features to maintain security, compatibility, legal compliance, or product quality. We do not promise that the app will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device, accessory, service, or operating-system version.

7. Disclaimer

The app is a convenience tool and does not guarantee perfect scans, text recognition, conversions, page layout, color matching, or print output. Review important documents before sharing or printing them.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, quiet enjoyment, and non-infringement. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, opportunities, or business interruption arising from use of or inability to use the app. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

9. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, security risks, nonpayment, abuse, or material violations of these terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination remain effective.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without limiting mandatory consumer rights or the law that must apply in your country or region.
