Privacy policy
How Sleep Tracker handles microphone access, sleep recordings, on-device analysis, local storage, advertising, and purchases.

This policy applies to Sleep Tracker, published by FREE MOBILE APPS STUDIO ONE MEMBER COMPANY LIMITED (“we”, “us”, or “our”). It explains how information is handled when you use the app.
1. Recordings and on-device analysis
Sleep Tracker records sleep-related audio only after you start a session and allow microphone access. Recordings, detected events, clips, scores, timelines, trends, and report content are analyzed and stored only on your device. They are never uploaded to our servers or shared with advertising providers. No account or cloud sync is required.
2. Permissions and local storage
Microphone permission is required to record audio. Notification permission may be used for bedtime planning or session reminders. Audio and analysis use device storage until you delete them or uninstall the app, subject to device backup behavior.
3. Advertising
Free users may see ads. When an eligible placement is reached and applicable consent allows it, Google Mobile Ads may process technical device, network, consent, and ad-performance information to serve and measure an ad. It does not receive your audio, detected events, sleep scores, or report content. Premium users do not receive ad requests.
4. Purchases
Premium is offered as an optional lifetime purchase that removes ads and unlocks the full report archive, trends, playback, and export features. Apple processes purchases and provides transaction information under its own privacy policy. We do not receive your complete payment-card details.
5. Sharing and legal disclosures
We do not sell the content you create in Sleep Tracker. Information may be processed by the providers described above only as needed to operate a feature, process a purchase, provide advertising where applicable, secure the service, or comply with law. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to respond to lawful requests, protect rights or safety, or prevent fraud and abuse.
6. Retention and security
Local data remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the app, subject to device backups. Service providers retain information according to their policies and only as long as needed for their stated purpose, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no storage or transmission method is completely secure.
7. International processing
Service providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where required, they are responsible for applying appropriate safeguards under applicable law.
8. Children’s privacy
The app is not directed to children below the age at which they may consent to data processing in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information inappropriately.
9. Your choices
You can stop a recording at any time, delete individual recordings or all app data, revoke microphone and notification permissions in device Settings, manage applicable ad-consent choices, and uninstall the app to remove local data, subject to device backups.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the app, its providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date identifies the latest version. Material changes will be communicated where required by law.
