Privacy policy
How To do list handles information when you use the app.

This policy applies to the To do list mobile app, published by FREE MOBILE APPS STUDIO ONE MEMBER COMPANY LIMITED (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
1. Information stored on your device
Your tasks, projects, areas, tags, planning history, preferences, and attached task images are stored locally on your device. No account is required to use the app. You can remove this information by deleting it in the app or uninstalling the app, subject to your device’s backup behavior.
2. Device permissions
Features you choose to use may request access to your calendar, photo library, camera, microphone, speech recognition, notifications, or clipboard images. Calendar events are read to show them beside your tasks; photos, camera images, and clipboard images are used as task attachments; microphone and speech recognition access lets you dictate tasks; and notification access lets the app deliver reminders. You can change these permissions in your device settings.
3. Advertising
The free version may display ads supplied by Google Mobile Ads. Google and its advertising partners may process device identifiers, IP address, ad interactions, diagnostics, and approximate location inferred from an IP address to provide, measure, secure, or personalize ads where permitted. The app requests consent where required and provides an ad privacy choices control. You can also use the app’s one-time Remove Ads purchase.
4. Purchases and receipt verification
Apple App Store or Google Play processes purchases and provides transaction information under its own privacy policy. When server-side receipt verification is enabled, the app creates an anonymous Supabase session and sends an access token plus the purchase receipt or purchase token to our verification service. We use this information only to validate and restore the Remove Ads entitlement and prevent purchase fraud.
5. Speech recognition and platform services
If you use voice input, your device platform’s speech recognition service may process audio and transcription data. Apple or Google handles that processing under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not use voice input to build advertising profiles.
6. Sharing and sales
We do not sell your task content. Information is shared only with the service providers described above when needed to provide ads, process purchases, verify entitlements, or operate a feature you choose. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.
7. Retention and deletion
Local app data remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the app. Advertising, app-store, speech-recognition, Supabase, and receipt-verification records are retained according to the provider’s policies and for only as long as needed for their stated purpose, legal obligations, security, and fraud prevention. To request deletion of information held by us, email freemobileapps.studio@gmail.com.
8. Security and international processing
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no storage or transmission method is completely secure. Service providers may process information in countries other than yours, subject to their applicable safeguards.
9. Changes
We may update this policy when the app or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the latest version.
