The terms that apply when you download or use To do list.

These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and FREE MOBILE APPS STUDIO ONE MEMBER COMPANY LIMITED (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading or using To do list, you agree to these terms.
1. The app
To do list is a personal task-management app for creating and organizing tasks, planning your day, viewing calendar context, setting reminders, and optionally attaching images or using voice input. Features may vary by device, operating system, permissions, and app version.
2. License and acceptable use
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for lawful purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, interfere with, or misuse the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.
3. Your content and backups
You retain ownership of tasks, notes, and images you add. You are responsible for having the rights to that content and for maintaining any backups you need. Because core app data is stored locally, deleting the app or losing access to your device may permanently remove it.
4. Permissions and third-party services
Optional features may rely on device permissions and services operated by Apple, Google, Supabase, or advertising partners. Your use of those services is also governed by their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
5. Advertising
The free version may show advertising. Ad availability, format, and personalization depend on consent, location, device settings, and advertising-provider rules. You may be able to change ad privacy choices from within the app.
6. Remove Ads purchase
The app may offer a one-time, non-consumable Remove Ads purchase. The price is shown before purchase. Apple App Store or Google Play processes payment, restoration, and any refund request under its rules. The purchase removes ads from supported versions of the app; it does not guarantee that every future feature or separately offered product will be included.
7. Updates and availability
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, compatibility, or product quality. We do not promise that the app will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating-system version.
8. Disclaimer
The app is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To do list is a productivity tool and does not provide medical, legal, financial, or emergency services.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, or opportunities arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Termination
You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, security risks, or material violations of these terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the app changes. The effective date above identifies the latest version. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
