The air conditioner is not responding
Confirm that the unit is powered on and available through Apple Home. Check the device and home permissions in Settings, then reopen the app and try the command again.
A temperature change did not apply
Give the unit a moment to respond, then check its current mode and online status. If the state is unchanged, try sending the command again while the unit is connected.
Timers or reminders are not appearing
Allow notifications for AC Remote Free in device Settings and check that a Focus mode or notification summary is not delaying alerts.
