Privacy policy
How Vibecode apps IDE handles accounts, app ideas, project content, generated output, sharing, usage data, and subscriptions.

This policy applies to Vibecode apps IDE, published by FREE MOBILE APPS STUDIO ONE MEMBER COMPANY LIMITED (“we”, “us”, or “our”). It explains how information is handled when you use the app.
1. Account information
An account is required to save projects and access project history. We or our authentication provider process the account identifier and contact information you provide, along with security and session information needed to sign you in and protect the service.
2. Projects, prompts, and generated output
App ideas, prompts, specifications, project files, update requests, generated code, previews, versions, and history are transmitted to and stored by our systems or service providers so the app can generate, save, update, and restore projects. Do not submit passwords, private keys, health data, financial information, or other secrets.
3. Generation, hosting, and sharing providers
Service providers may process project content to perform generation, storage, authentication, hosting, previews, diagnostics, and sharing. If you create a share link or publish a preview, people with access to that destination may view the shared content.
4. Usage, advertising, and subscriptions
The app may process device, usage, diagnostic, and transaction information to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service. If advertising is shown, advertising providers may process identifiers and usage data where permitted. Apple processes Plus or Pro subscription purchases under its own privacy policy.
5. Retention and deletion
Account and project data is retained while needed to provide the service, maintain project history, prevent abuse, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Deleting a project or account may not immediately remove backups or records that must be retained for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
6. Sharing and legal disclosures
We do not sell the content you create in Vibecode apps IDE. Information may be processed by the providers described above only as needed to operate a feature, process a purchase, provide advertising where applicable, secure the service, or comply with law. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to respond to lawful requests, protect rights or safety, or prevent fraud and abuse.
7. Retention and security
Local data remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the app, subject to device backups. Service providers retain information according to their policies and only as long as needed for their stated purpose, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no storage or transmission method is completely secure.
8. International processing
Service providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where required, they are responsible for applying appropriate safeguards under applicable law.
9. Children’s privacy
The app is not directed to children below the age at which they may consent to data processing in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information inappropriately.
10. Your choices
You can edit or delete projects where the app provides those controls, manage shared links, change tracking permissions in device Settings, cancel subscriptions through Apple, and contact us to request access to or deletion of personal information held by us.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the app, its providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date identifies the latest version. Material changes will be communicated where required by law.
