Terms of use

1. The app

Vibecode apps IDE helps you refine app ideas, generate structured projects, preview builds, apply guided updates, manage project history and versions, and share results. An account is required for saved projects and history.

2. License and acceptable use

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for lawful purposes on devices you own or control. You may not copy, redistribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, bypass security or purchase controls, interfere with the service, or misuse the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.

3. Your content and generated output

You retain rights you hold in prompts, specifications, assets, and project content you submit. You grant us and our providers a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and transform that content to operate the service. Rights in generated output depend on applicable law and any third-party or open-source material it includes.

4. Review and security responsibility

Generated specifications, code, dependencies, previews, and guidance may be incomplete, insecure, inaccurate, or subject to third-party licenses. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, securing, licensing, and validating a project before relying on, publishing, or distributing it.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the app to create malware, evade security controls, violate privacy or intellectual-property rights, exploit or deceive people, generate unlawful content, interfere with the service, probe systems without authorization, or consume resources abusively. We may restrict projects or accounts that create legal, security, or operational risk.

6. Sharing and third-party services

Share links, hosted previews, generated dependencies, and external services are used at your risk and may be governed by third-party terms. You are responsible for removing secrets and confirming that you have permission to share project content.

7. Subscriptions

Plus and Pro plans may be offered as auto-renewing subscriptions. Apple charges your account at confirmation and renews the subscription unless canceled through your Apple Account before renewal. The plan, price, billing period, features, and trial shown before purchase control.

8. Updates and availability

We may update, change, suspend, limit, or discontinue features to maintain security, compatibility, legal compliance, or product quality. We do not promise that the app will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device, accessory, service, or operating-system version.

9. Disclaimer

The app does not guarantee that generated projects will be error-free, secure, original, merchantable, accepted by an app store, compatible with every platform, or suitable for production use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, quiet enjoyment, and non-infringement. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, opportunities, or business interruption arising from use of or inability to use the app. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

11. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, security risks, nonpayment, abuse, or material violations of these terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination remain effective.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without limiting mandatory consumer rights or the law that must apply in your country or region.
