A project or preview is not updating
Check your internet connection, wait for the current update to finish, and try reopening the project. Install the latest app version if an update is available.
The result is different from the change I requested
Describe one change at a time with the screen or behavior you want to adjust. Review the preview after each update so it is easier to identify the step that needs correction.
Sharing is not working
Check that the project has finished updating and that your device can open the share sheet. If the issue persists, retry on a stable connection and include the project step that failed when contacting support.
